Experience with Application Solution Process

Hello everyone. I would like to know if anyone out there has used the Application Solution Process methodology available from Gantthead.com. If you have, I'd like to know what you thought about it, how useful it was, what's missing, what's good, etc. I'm trying to find a methodology for packaged software implementation, and the Application Solution Process appears to be quite suitable; however, I'd like to get some first-hand impressions from someone who has used it.
