We have been using a PM software since July 2014 and it is overbearing and getting very little buy-in to use. What are some recommendations? Especially for organization new to PM, intuitive, easy for internal staff and external collaborators, and mostly scientific research projects. To follow on Sergio's feedback, you will need to evaluate the "cost" of switching over. It sounds like your current tool might not be given the support it deserves. Don't expect the new tool to fix something that is wrong at the organization level. Saving Changes...
