WHICH IS THE BEST? PMP OR IPMA LEVEL D

Can someone give a clear picture whether to go for PMP certification or IPMA level D certification? Which certification is best for whom? and advantages / dis advantages ??

In term of learning they are quite different since the PMP focus on process and situational the IPMA-D is based on competence. Keep in mind that the IPMA-D is the most basic certification for IPMA.

In term of market perception and value PMP is more popular in most countries.
