PMI Work Distribution

Is anyone aware of generally accepted work distributions for the PMI Project Model - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing - i.e. how much of total Project Management Effort would be spent on each of the components. I can find lots of Work Distribution models across the complete project life cycle, PM, Analysis, Design, etc. but can't seem to find and specific to just the PM components.
