Artemis Tool Review?

A high-ranking member of this firm is pushing the installation and use of Artemis to manage projects. However, everything that I have seen indicates that while it may be great for CIOs and CFOs, it does little to help those of us managing projects. I can't store my planning documents, my tools, etc.

Are there any good assessments out there for Artemis as a project management tool, from the perspective of the project manager?
