I am planning to sit for PMI-RMI exam soon ,but I want to get 35 hours perquisite certificate.Kindly recommend one good Education Provider so that i can get the certificate.

Maen - I think it is 28 or 30 hours not 35 but I could be wrong. It has been a while since I checked.

Preparation Exam PMI-RMP®
To obtain certification as Risk Management Professional PMI (PMI-RMP®), you must meet the requirements of experience and education of this certification, and pass the PMI-RMP® exam, which is a test of 170 questions Option multiple.
You. Can have an experience and advanced education in risk management, however, still it should vigorously prepare for the exam. Candidates for the PMI-RMP® who have succeeded generally use different aids to study and prepare for it. This includes taking courses, form study groups, study on their own, among others. Form a study group with colleagues or friends; either face to face or virtually.
Check the PMI Practice Standard for Scheduling Risks.
Read the latest edition of the standard of PMI's A Guide to the Project Management for (PMBOK® Guide).

Hmmm... I only found Practice Standard for Project Risk Management under Practice Standards. Could that be the new name for the Practice Standard for Scheduling Risks?

Maen, double check on the educational hours you need as I think they are 20 for RMP. You can as well take courses online.

Prerequisites for PMI-RMP
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
4,500 hours of project risk management experience
40 hours of project risk management education

or

Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
3,000 hours of project risk management experience
30 hours of project risk management education
