Hello,
I have been assigned to a project where the development team is based in Australia and the business people are both in the UK (to define UK market requirments)and in Japan (to define Japanese market requirements). I am based in the UK. At the moment requirement definition is moving forward in the UK but I am struggling to get any feedback from Japan (the office has just been set up). Does anyone have any tips on how to keep all team working together and motivated? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks. Isabelle Saving Changes...

I had the good fortune to manage an Aussie / US project. The only way I was able to keep strong team continuity and achieve success was to bring the US team to Australia from time to time. I spend about 1/2 of my time there. I found that tracking a project across the globe is far different from leading and managing one. Success was built around working together face-to-face.
