Hi Anupam, the extra thing, I sure not only 1 extra thing. But a lot of things can be encourage your team.
1. Need to assess type of you team member
2. Each will be different type of person
3. Then plan to approach that can be adopt to your team
4. Be with your team in achieving the goal and also set the goal with their contribution

Maybe from there, your team will work on their own drive force instead we need to force them to complete it.
