George, These are not really Project management terms. You can just pick up any good dictionary to understand the difference between these 2 terms. Or, you can Max Wideman's PM glossary.

Malik - I read both articles, even though they were good for other Schedule related topics, what I was looking for is the answer to the original question. I most say it is an original question stated in Rita's Training material.
