In my opinion, following the PMBOK risk m'gmt processes will be the best, it clearly define the step or processes that we can follow to reduce or mitigate the risk. But again , it is subject on the operations, works, or projects that you are handling with. For military I do believe the risk planning much more critical. Saving Changes...
