Has anyone completed the New Horizons Business Professional course? And if so, did it prepare you for the PMP Exam?

I have taken courses with New Horizons in the past, albeit, a different line of courses. Years back I went through a string of Microsoft courses to earn my MCSA and MCTS. I passed all my exams. But to be honest, it was b/c of the work I put into it. Many of my classmates, never took the exam, or were in the cycle of never feeling they were ready. New Horizons will push you to fit their mold (my experience), but I did what I needed to do to pass.

With that said, if your goal is PMP, take a course specific to the PMP, not the CBAP. I'd suggest a PMP bootcamp. The goal with those is specifically oriented at prepping you for the PMP test, not teaching you about Project Management.

Good Luck!

I used Project Management Academy to prepare for the exam. I found it to be quite useful as it was less about learning the content (which I had already done) and more about exam prep; two very different things.
Hope that helps.
Good luck with your exam!
