I would like to get some advice is it better to take the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMI-ACP. Which will add value to the Project Manager role in modern day?

I would prefer PMI-ACP as it covers agile as a whole. CSM covers only scrum, part of agile.

I would agree with Saurabh that ACP is more broad; however, consider where you want to focus. If it is Scrum than it may make sense to get your CSM. Although - why not both?

1-you have to understand the market where you are working to estimate which will help you more. 2-both are totally different. PMI-ACP is for a generalist. SCM is specific to a methodology. For example, in my case, I have the PMI-ACP and I have DSDM AP&C wich is specific to DSDM. 3-about add value as project manager, because value is a subjective matter, you have to ask yourself what is value for you. After that, you can proceed.
