As change is continuous and so should the organization adapt it,I would like to know few best books on Transition Management for Managers. I have done ITIL service transition certification, but would like to read a book which can depict insights of transition in greater details. Like how good managers/organizations have handled transition, what issues they faced and how they resolved it, What processes are followed, etc , etc. Saving Changes...
