I haven't read the book yet, but it sounds good! I have read a few other books on diversity. It's a really hot topic right now as managers try to leverage it for better results (which the literature says is achievable).

In Chapter 2, David explores the power of attention and I was struck by how true that seems to be. His quote, "If you buy a silver Honda, you start seeing silver Hondas everywhere. It's not that there really are more silver Hondas on the road, but this simple reality demonstrates the power of the mind to more readily notice whatever you've been thinking about the most." Does that resonate with anyone else?
