Thank you for asking this question. I think many organizations want to innovate, but as Sergio Luis Conte points out, there is unlikely to be success if the right support isn't provided. Innovation is bred in an environment that rewards curiosity by providing opportunities for learning. As a PM, my goal is to leverage individuals’ unique talents, skills, and knowledge.
