IT Roadmap Template

Does anyone have a template or know of a website location for an IT Roadmap Template? Basically I need to show the client an As-Is and To-Be for their applications and information at a high level. It should include a 3 - 5 year plan and show resources that are needed.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What you are looking for is a Strategic Plan Template. Search in google for "IT Strategic Plan" Template or "Strategic IT Plan" Template and you will find lots of examples. Just pick one that closest meets your needs.

Looks like a few people have followed this, so here are a few more useful links.
There's a simple Visio Roadmap Template, and a more complex portfolio roadmap template, which uses a nice 3d relief effect.
