Whats the one critical feature or functionality you need out of your PM tool?

As we continue to evolve our PM tool we look to hear from Project Managers regarding features/functionality that makes there PM tool a success for them.

Would love to hear what functionality you must have and if there is one feature/functionality you wish you could have.

We strive to keep pushing the ability of our tool and welcome the ability to discuss what could make it even better.

there is also hybrid project management way now coming up...
but still tracking status and reporting will be important. You can take microsoft project planner as study tool. its very good
