I like #3: Achieving and embedding change

People inherently avoid change where possible and so getting it done well can be a real challenge. Through the Hierarchy of needs (Maslow), there is great satisfaction in doing something well and so asking people to do something differently is bound to upset.

Taking a brute force approach can often extend the period of diminished productivity and so convincing those that need to change of a better future (and an easier way to do their work well) is, in my opinion, vital.

George....It shall be challenging to lead a team of different backgrouna and culture...and it shall be a two way learning....Leader shall learn from his team...Each team member shall try to address the project considering their culture and beliefs....so may get in to unexplored areas for the solution..
