#3. Achieving and embedding change.
Anyone can decide to make a change, but I've seen very few follow through with it and make it an embedded piece of their teams' success. Or the changes are taken and have quick success that isn't maintained for long term growth.
With a team that takes their changes and follows through for better result, the client receives better results.
Once the changes are implemented in one team, then focus can expand to other teams, and through international leadership and be infused throughout a company and not just a team. Saving Changes...

George....It shall be challenging to lead a team of different backgrouna and culture...and it shall be a two way learning....Leader shall learn from his team...Each team member shall try to address the project considering their culture and beliefs....so may get in to unexplored areas for the solution..

Coming from a delivery perspective, I'd choose #1: Leadership of an International Team.
#2 is most certainly important, without delighting a customer we will have nothing to do. However, in most large organisations, those of us in delivery teams have a steady stream of customer projects to work on, so we focus on leading the team to deliver, and deliver well.
I perceive #3 (Achieving & Embedding change) as part and parcel of strong leadership Saving Changes...
If the proyect is interesting, adds value to the customer, it is well executed and finalized, but if the end users resist to change, the project could eventually be categorized as a failure.

It is tough call. I'd choose #2, given that I personally embrace and enjoy the customer satisfaction, which may eventually turn into a repeating business for future projects. Saving Changes...

I am really interested in "Achieving and embedding change". Because :
1) With AI getting more popular these days, changing your systems to have data - information - knowledge - decision connected will put your character to the test.
2) This will change the project management horizon completely along with how organizations will work (organizational structure will change).
3) With it the way of doing business will change and so do the client requirements
Therefore I am reading these days lot of change (in regards to AI). I will try and post some interesting findings on this forum.
