2. Adding value to the customer
3. Achieving and embedding change

All are important, but #2 is interesting and most focused.

I agree with Rami. All are important. But if I have to choose only 1 then will choose Adding value to the customer because that is essential for the survival and can help in achieving the other two. Thanks

2. Adding value to the customer I reason this as with adding value to the customers, they will repeat business and this is free advertisement too.
