I would select #3. Changes are inevitable in a project and most of the people are resistant to changes. So, investigation on achieving and embedding changes would be my first preference. Today in the era of IOT, Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0, we would like to change the way we work but again people don't want to get away from traditional way of working.

Depends on the individual's position in a set up. For a project manager or someone working in the project management " Adding value to the customer" could be of importance and hence he / she would find it an interesting aspect.

Tricky, assuming customer satisfaction is already high then with change we can inherently provide more value to the customer. If not, I would start with number two.

Achieving and embedding change is what I consider challenging as you need to come up with new ideas and will force you to make more research and use all your abilities. If you are doing it to support a customer then you are already adding value to the client.
