I agree with Stephan. People don't accept change very easily. I faced it day in and day out during my healthcare implementation projects.
It give you a great satisfaction when u achieve it with a higher success rate.
It also requires psychological expertise.

There is always something new in this area. It deals with vast challenging areas of people, technology and business sides of change. Very interesting to investigate.

I voted for Adding Value for the Customer, but.. depends on the customers needs, we have many customers with a lot of differents problems (some of fix can be similiar)....I would say we must add ¨custumized¨ value for our customers. Saving Changes...
