My wife and I are soon leaving London, where we have been for 7-year now, to return to the USA and settle. I left the US as a marketeer but will return with an Engineering degree and a new career in Project Management but with no network.

Join a local running club. Its just as much networking as it is running. Most of the group are not elite, just grown-ups trying to socialize with others with similar interests. I guarantee you'll meet some great people. Saving Changes...

'you are as good as the average of the 5 people you are with most'
- so do not aim low in terms of quality according to the goal you are pursuing.
