Unable to view on demand webinars

I am able to view live webinars but am unable to view the on-demand webinars. It consistently displays a blank screen for me. Any ideas about what might be causing this?

Are you logged in as a valid member? In my understanding, not all content is available to all members.

Is your browser enabled to play Adobe Flash plug-in?

Yes, I am a PMI member. The previews do not work either and yes, I have adobe flash player enabled.

Hi Gargi,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues viewing the on-demand webinars. What browser are you using? Are you viewing from home or using your office's network? I think we'll need a bit more information before we can determine what the issue might be and then we can figure out what's happening.

Hi Gargi - Have you tried on another Machine and even on another network?

If your browser is Internet Explorer, follow these steps -

1. Open IE
2. Go to Tools
3. Uncheck ActiveX Filtering
4. Press F5 to reload the page
5. It should work now

Make sure to -

1. Turn off popup blocker
2. Verify Adobe connect is installed

Being a PMI Member does not necessarily give you access to webinars - You should be a premium member. If you are then I can't think of anything else other than probably something is wrong with the adobe player.

Just to clarify, PMI membership gives you access to all of the premium content on ProjectManagement.com, both live and on-demand. As a PMI member you should be able to access all of the content on the site. If you're getting a blank screen, it could mean that a corporate network is blocking the IP address of the on-demand video.

If you continue to have issues, please let me know.

I have adobe flash updated as of 9/1
I have Active X turned off
But still getting errors. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

I remember having similar problems a long time ago. The problem was I had set up a projectmanagement.com account with its own credentials.

Once I switched to using my PMI credentials to log into projectmanagement.com, I no longer had a problem.
