Unable to view on demand webinars

I am able to view live webinars but am unable to view the on-demand webinars. It consistently displays a blank screen for me. Any ideas about what might be causing this?

My experience is some webinars didn't work for me. It is exception. Seem a technical issue or damage file on server, that is my understanding.

Have you try other webinars.

There is still problem with accessing webinars in PMI. Can someone please advise when this issue will be resolved?

Its October 28, 2022 and this bug has returned. On 27th October morning I accessed the On-Demand Webinar. Later during the day non of the Webinars are playing, there an "Error:MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN" that shows up on a blank screen on any Windows PC. I tried different networks, different PC's and even cleared the cache. However, it works on iOS.

It suddenly started working on a different PC.

I am having same issue "Error:MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN" when playing on demand webinars.



Tried different computers, different browsers, all giving same error
