How does your organization plan for business recovery and resumption activities in response to an incident? For instance - earthquakes, floods, tsunami, terrorist attacks, fire outbreak, bomb threats, pandemic, etc.

Thanks Sergio.

What I mean is, every organization will have a BCP in place. There must be some BCP activity conducted, say monthly, quarterly or yearly, for each process/project, just to rank the preparedness if there is really an impact. So how does your organization plan, and what measures you take to ensure the continuity.
