I am sad that I saw posts on this forum too late. I have conducted a training for them and as with all other victims, they promised to pay me within 30 business day (I am in the 22 working day). They asked me about a second training and not knowing about the company, I delivered the second one as well :(
But the main question is why we all victims only send them emails and post on forum. Why not contact the relevant country authorities. I need support from all of you as I will officially launch a case against these frauds with UK police tomorrow. Let us do whatever we can to catch these bastards.
Any one the forum having done any thing practical against them?

Unfortunately, the victims are not only the trainers like us but the victims may be the trainee or the other service providers.

Subsequent to my earlier post on this blog and my conversation with the Graspskills company, I have a contact with the company and they have requested me to remove my post and promise to pay me as per the NDA conditions of 30 business days. I considered it my professional responsibility to updste this forum and have promised them to provide more update on this forum once i am paid.

they keep on buying time every time you ask for money until you loose hope.
I do not think this will work. anyway, update us please on this.
we are ready to file a claim as a group only need to know how to address such issues.

They asked me too to remove this thread because "it is causing losses to their company", I promised to them that I will make a similar comment with the one you did here but only AFTER I get my money. They still did not pay.
I am glad this thread is still going for two reasons:
1. Project managers and everyone who reads this to be aware
2. For their losses because they deserve that.

In continuation to my previous posts, I have been in regular contact with the Graspskills and just like you guys, I have not received any payment against the training I delivered for them in Auckland NZ. I have initiated a cyber crime report against them and have filed an online application at www.actionfraud.police.uk. I will encourage everyone affected to file a law suite against these frauds. I will never compromise on my hard-earned money.
It may take around 20 min to fill the online application at above website and once done they will send you a conformation. I will not only claim my money but will sue them for making me suffer. Let us get these shit heads. You can also call the actionfraud police at 0300 123 2040 (A UK number). Saving Changes...

I totally agree with Mr. Subedin.
I am one of the victim of Graspskills. I have delivered the PMP training for them and have been following up since last 14 months.
Now they have stopped responding to my emails and answering the calls.
They have different phone lines from US / UK / Australia and all are routed to India.
Their executives are all with Pseudo names like John, Steven, Dustin, Teena etc.
