I understand it is theoretically possible to adopt Agile methodologies in nearly all practices. But would like to hear from project managers outside software development domain :
1. Which Domain do you use it for?
2. Which specific Agile methodology?
3. How does it benefit the project management? Saving Changes...

First, agile is not a method or methodology, agile is not related to IT or software only. I have wrote a short article for PM Network ("Perfectly Positioned" http://www.pmnetwork-digital.com/pmnetwork/april_2016?pg=73#pg73) but do not miss the opportunity to understand about that by searching for USA DoD NSF/Agility Forum (1990). Second, agile is not about project management. Project management is "as is" no matter you use PMI way or any other way. So, one thing is project management practices and other is the phylosophy you will use. I have performed conferences around the world from 2010 up to date demostrating that. I am leading my seventh initiative to implement agile in order the organization gain in agility. I have used several former agile software development methods (now agile solution delivery methods) like DSDM (I was part of the group or version 1 and 2 authors), SCRUM, FDD, XP for example in several domains: goverment, banking, retail, medice and health care, foods and beverages. I agree with your article Sergio. We use agile in my company (formally or informally -- according to the need of project). As I am predominantly in software development, I understand its importance.
What provoked me to post this question is to understand its applicability in other industries. I have read lots of articles and attended webinars which suggests how it can or should be used in areas other than Software, but no where people say they are really USING it in their project execution. So I thought this is the best place [instead of survey-monkey :) ] -- dominated by real project managers to gain insights.
Low response on this topic would lead me to think that there is still a long way to go for other industries in adopting Agility, people in other sectors listens but somehow cannot (or do not want to) use it. Saving Changes...
According to my perspective Lean Framework will suit for all other domains. Saving Changes...

As I mentioned, I am using it in several domains inside non-software projects. I will give my opinion. I have the opportunity to work with this type of things from the very begiing. And the same happened with other concepts long time ago that I have the opportunity to use from the very begining too like object orientation and artificial intelligence. What I have seen is most of the people do not understand some concepts and lot of people convert those useful concepts like agile into buzzwords. So, when people like me try to use those concepts they have to expend lot of time trying to explain to the same people that have hired to you what the concept really is mainly to manage expectations. For example, related to agile, you will hear things like "thanks agile we will deliver products faster", "thanks agile we will create the right product without requirements understanding", and a lot of more things. Then, you will read or hear things like "agile does not work" but the real thing is the initiative did not apply to use agile. Allways an initial chaos happend with this type of things. I hope it will be a "creative chaos". Saving Changes...

Just one comment and with no aim to start a new debate here. For those who are interested take into account that Lean and Agile are not the same. And I am not talking about methods or methodologies based on Lean or Agile. In the end. I have used both at enterprise wide level or by using an specific method and in both cases we achieved our objectives using Lean or Agile. But are not the same. Saving Changes...
