I am working on a company acquisition in order to grow our business by adding a new division to our production/supply matrix. To date we have manually manipulated production based on JIT client needs. In acquiring this new company's assets and client list we will need to build, monitor and replenish rolling inventories in order to deliver within 3-5 days from order date. We will also need to pull differing reports in regards to costs, profittability, transportation expense etc, so I am exploring purchasing a MRP program. Do any of you have recommendations of a good MRP program that we should explore or any information you can provide as to why we should go with one program over another?
Any help any of you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Saving Changes...

The only MRP I know is the one offered by Oracle's E-Business Suite. I don't know how it compares to others in the marketplace. Saving Changes...
