Why would you want a forum for only new PMs? If I am new at something, I would rather get answers and feedback from somebody who has been there. You want a forum for all PMs, new and experienced.

I respect your point Stephane. But I think new generation PM deserve to express their own way not to follow 40 years experience PM.No way to have middle point.

I actually enjoy new PMs' tought processes and ideas. It keeps me fresh. Without them, I'd be stalled and stale in my development.

The aspiring and new PMs can especially refer to following two sections on projectmanagement.com

New practitioners: http://www.projectmanagement.com/practices/New-Practitioners/

Career development: http://www.projectmanagement.com/practices/Career-Development/

Each projectmanagement.com article is tagged with relevant tags and all those articles with tags of " new practitioners" and " career development" appear under those respective sections. Hope this tagging is a great way for new practitioners to find relevant articles.

Of course entire projectmanagement.com site has informative, insightful content and everybody can learn from each other.

Aspirants, new practitioners can also search project managers on projectmanagement.com from their own industry specialization or area of interest ( say PMO) and connect with them.
