Getting Started with PPM...

Okay, today we posted what I'm calling a PPM Starter Kit. It is basically a PowerPoint briefing and an Excel Spreadsheet for you to use to get started with portfolio management. Take a look and tell me what you think. How can it be improved?

Also, what do you use to manage your portfolios? How did you get started. Many people have asked me how to get things going, and I thought this would be a great way to let people learn from your experience.
