Currently I look for a good Europe based training company that would prepare my PMs. My client knows PMI and the training must be PMBOK compatible, and give an opportunity to have PMs certified. it depends on where in Europe you want to have the PM training. Do you want local language training or english language?
We have worked with ESI International http://www.esi-intl.com in Germany (a PMI training partner) and have had good results. They are implementing a customized program on our facilities for our project managers (100 - 150 PM's). They claim to offer both German and English training, but we are only German training. They are represented in other European countries, but I cannot comment on their quality outside of Germany.

I am based in the UK and can recommend, through experience, a few places...but as the others have mentioned, whereabouts in Europe? Alternatively, can we assume that a programme of 17 projects would be throughout Europe and therefore need a variety of locations? Are you using local PMs? Are they inexperienced, hence the need for training? or does the client require all PMs working on the project to be PMI certified for quality/insurance/litigous reasons? Saving Changes...
