We are currently us MS Project for scheduling. We were told that using MS Project for portfolio management is possible but very cumbersome. Can you suggest a method to capture a holistic view of our projects, total of 20? We would like the ability to drill down into the projects. Note, I do not wish to put the solution on the enterprise network. Thanks.
