Looking for a way to NOT "re-invent the wheel."

Does anyone have a good Project Plan for creating an e-learning system.

We have 17 books of printed English improvement content for Adult Learners that we will convert to 1. mobile micro lessons and 2. classroom packages, delivered over the internet.
