Project management helped me a lot in my career with new professional advancement. At first, knowledge, training and certification contributed to me in being assigned for larger projects. Then, as I gathered experience and got involved with PMI, networking and new opportunities leveraged my career as I started teaching MBA students and consulting for multinational organisations.
