Could you please share the schedule for this Webinar?
I read the preview of this book, and must congratulate the author for the outstanding work.
I liked the punch lines –
“There is no such thing as cheating in project management, but if there were it would be this book”.
"Never underestimate the value of asking experts"
I look forward for the webinar :)
Thanks

This is going to be my first book club sessions - .Am super happy to hear more ideas & experiences reading through this book. The first webinar is very well done to keep everyone engaging & curious to know the strategies for each tactics. Whatever questions were discussed during the webinar is very logical & tacit and the author has made it very explicit. Thanks again! Saving Changes...

The idea that there are five perfect questions you should begin every project with sounds like something of legend. Could it be true? I interviewed over fifty people who came up with over eighty questions. Most of the questions focused on timeline, scope, resources, compliance, communication, priorities, and feasibility. However, five questions stood out as especially thoughtful questions to ask at the start of any project.
A) Which of those questions do you always ask at the beginning of a project? B) What other questions do you always ask at the beginning of a project?
