We are social animals. Sometimes we go through situations when we feel low and vulnerable. If we are a member of strong team then there are no issues. We can handle all situations bravely. We can swim against tides and cross to the other end.

This is more common in Projectized organization. After the project is delivered, and resources are released, feeling of insecurity, mistrust and uncertainty prevails. Fortunate are those who are quickly absorbed in some other project, rest sit on bench. That’s the time you need more support and trust.
