Simulation in Process Management

Hello,

I would like to get feedback from those of you that use process simulation software in your process improvement efforts. I have been using iGrafx Process for Six Sigma and it seems to be an outstanding package for the price. I have only used this package, so would like to hear what experiences any of you have had with other packages.
