I'm using MS Project 2000 to track my project. There are several levels in the project plan. MS Project will give me the percent complete for the project on Level 4 and Level 5 in the regular Gantt View. However, when I change views, it shows 0% on those levels, but gives me the percent complete on the lowest level. This is not helpful to me. The reason I am using a different view is that I have things arranged by a specific date. For instance, I used the Number2 column to collect all tasks due by a certain date specified by that date criteria. This view is extremely needed, but I also need the percent to be calculated at the 4 and 5 levels. Any one have any idea on how to get this done?

Try the Microsoft Project 2000 newsgroup. It's quite good. The (free) news server is msnews.microsoft.com The newsgroup is microsoft.public.project2000

Or try Support at www.microsoft.com

Is the plan resource loaded? What field are you using % complete OR % of Work Complete? Trying to better understand your problem. Let me know I may have a solution.
