What about the 6th requirement? Cost
To be clear you are talking about Microsoft Dynamics Integration? If yes, The Dynamics has a software PPM as part of dymanics called "SL". There is a connector that it uses to connect into MS Project. This will give you everything you are looking for in the 5 items above.
