Jira or Aha Software development

Can anyone compare Jira and Aha in the world of software development project management and resource planning? What are the strengths of each one? I have not used any of them yet.

Our team currently uses JIRA. It works pretty well, and with some plugins, can add requirements and utilize as your traceability matrix. I have not tried Aha, nor heard of it until now. - Looks interesting.
