Does anyone have a copy of an RFQ for PMP-certified CMs to serve a public client's capital program?

I am a PMP with a CM degree and experience. I strongly believe that the experience & knowledge of PMBOK along with the CM background makes for a better overall Program or Project Manager in the realm of facilities programs. I consult to a college and am getting ready to write an RFQ/RFP for such project managers. Just wondering if anyone out there can share one so I don't have to reinvent the wheel? I'd appreciate it.
