Normally entropy is high at the beginning of the project and diminishes as moving towards the closure

Entropy, uncertainty and risk together with complexity form a system.
Entropy is the second law of thermodynamics - which says that a process is spontaneous if the variation in entropy of the universe - system + context is greater than cero.
Entropy inevitably will penetrate our project the key is to be prepared to handle it.
Entropy is a curse but also can be a blessing that depends on us.
