Can anyone share some practical advice on managing your network here, on projectmanagement.com?

I'm interested in growing my network, but most social media platforms warn users not to connect with people they don't know. How safe is this network? What kind of information am I sharing if I connect with someone new?

Just to put it in perspective, Wade, out of all my connections, I only had three that turned out to be scammers.
That's good to know.
Although it only takes one good scam artist to ruin a good thing.
