Do you/your customers currently use any Process Improvement/Quality Improvement Tracking and Reporting Tool ?

If yes, what do you like best about this tool? Pros and Cons?

I mainly use HP Quality Center by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and JMP Software

HP QC allows to catch defects and correct them earlier in the application lifecycle.
JMP Software mainly for analysis, trends, and decision making.

Other than the cost factor, don't see any cons. Good to have both.

I have seen different tools some base on Microsoft Sharepoint other base on FileMaker Pro. Custom build solution mainly targeted at quality improvement, not sure about process part.

Like Vincent, I have been exposed to a variety of QA and QC tools: Silk, ALM, ...

Processes are more important than the tools.
