I need a WBS for a construction project

The WBS is likely too simple for the construction phase, the WBS for construction is more for the bidding phase.

Have you look at UNIFORMAT?

You might also look at the Practice Standard for WBSs (https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...es-3rd-edition) as it may have a useful example to build from.

Having studied the WBS structure from many industries, I would suggest you do a Google search. Templates here are likely to be overly generic.

There are many construction WBS templates out there that cover the whole spectrum from the planning and initiation phase through pouring concrete and decor. Construction projects range in scale from single occupancy residence to infrastructure mega-projects and one size WBS does not fit all projects.
