What resources would you use to prepare (i.e. books)? If you already have taken the exam, did you find the experience easier or more difficult than the PMP Exam?

Hi,
When I took the exam, I only read Practice Standard for Scheduling but at that time I was working as a Senior Planner so the exam was not a big deal. I believe you can make it through it.
Thank Ahmed for the encouragement.

It looks like some of the people who contributed to this discussion say it is. I would suggest that it is the bare minimum.

Hi, I have passed PMI-SP exam recently.
The materials I used were:

Practice Standard for Scheduling, downloaded it from PMI site.
Passing the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) (c) Certification Exam the First Time! [Daniel C. Yeomans] - ebook

Udemy for practice test. There was sale so I got it for good price.

Hope it will help.

Good luck

It depends how much experience you have in Schedueling but I would say on average, 2 months (3 Hours per Day).

I did the PMI-SP. I only read the PMBOK and other recommended PMI documents - there wasn't near as much when I did it as there is now. Two weeks before the exam, I purchased mock exams.
hi,
what are the best recourses to study? And the best mock exams?

Follow PMI's reference materials list for PMI-SP: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/schedul...rence-materials

As for mock exams, any reputable PMI ATP's offering should work. I've used Udemy for many of my certifications.

I certainly found the PMI-SP easy compared to the PMP or PMI-RMP. Just be prepared for a lot of network diagrams!
