When I got my PMP, it was a simple matter of adding ", PMP" after my name. When I later got my PMI-SP, I now had ", PMP, PMI-SP" after my name.

Now that I recently added PMI-RMP, I'm starting to wonder what is the correct way to list all three designations? Right now, I simply added ", PMI-RMP" after the first two.

I have seen others who add them in the following structure: ", PMI-PMP, -SP, -RMP".

What do you do with your PMI designations? Is there a proper way?

Stephane, that's an interesting question.

I guess there's now hierarchy of credentials and maybe that's why PMI didn't bother in setting a strict rule on the order you display them.

This is an interesting thread. The link that Thomas Walenta provided is no longer active, which is no surprise as it was from 2016. When I checked in the https://www.pmi.org/certifications/certification-resources/faq which provides means to download the PMI Certification Handbook which also references the the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and the Certification Application/Renewal
Agreement. I don't find instructions for proper use or priority of display in any of these documents. As PMI members accumulate more certifications and want to use those as suffixes to promote their talents and achievements as well as PMI as a governing and certifying body, the list of acronyms could grow long. Maybe listing "PMI-ACP" as "ACP" and "PMI-PMOCP" as "PMOCP" after primary certifications like PMP, PgMP, and/or PfMP is the best route for now until there is an official PMI statement on it?

I just took the CAPM test, and in the official PMI study hall content materials, there were several authors who had a handful of PMI credentials. Here's how they were listed:

[Name], PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMO-CP

[Name], PMP, PMI-SP, AH-MC, BETI

[Name], PMP, PMI-ACP, ECC, PgMP

[Name], PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, CAPM, DASSM, VSM, AH-PM, ASQ CSSGB, PE
