Well, some projects reward the sales and key management by the amount of sales. However, they know it is not easy to achieve the margin. So the key management, including the PM, may pocket the bonus money and leave the job, and some other PM need to pick up the mess. Or the PM need to find ways with the sales people to search for additional sales by additional scope.

In most country I understand that amount paid to an employe is not touchable after. Getting company to be more diligent in paying early.
