PMI-ACP is a generalistic certification. The others are usually related to an specific method or methdology. For example, I am PMI-ACP certified and I am DSDM Ap&C which is DSDM method specific.About what is more suitable it depends on your market demmands.

SAFe is relatively new and more specific than ACP.
My local PMI chapter seems to promote SAFe, but there has been a lot of push back from the local Agile community. It's hard to say who is right, from either a practice or a career perspective. If SAFe catches on in your area, it's probably worth more than the ACP. On the other hand, it may be worthless if it's rejected in your area.

Sorry if that answer seems evasive, but it can be difficult to predict what business leaders will embrace.

Good point. I think it depends on what is valued in your area.

An easy enough survey to conduct is to go out and lookup PMI-ACP, SAFE, and CSM on Monster. There are several other agile certifications as well, not to give them short shrift. By far the CSM gets the most hits. It is the flimsiest certification of the lot. Its a two day class with a one hour test that everyone passes. Continue to pay an annual fee and your a CSM for life. SAFe is more intense training, outstanding insight and depth on scaling agile, and death by powerpoint. The certification 'test' is similar to CSM. The PMI-ACP is the gold standard. It includes validated work history, a 1/2 day test that 'not everyone passed', an education requirement and an on-going education requirement. The PMI-ACP gets hits on Monster and more importantly there is 'Value' in the certification. Make your decision based on situational needs but step up to the PMI-ACP when your ready to make a commitment.
